"Torka Instruments" is a registered trademark of Andreas Torka. The trademark application is currently pending registration at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (Deutsches Patent- und Markenamt, DPMA).
The Torka Instruments wordmark, logo, and headstock designs are the intellectual property of Andreas Torka. Headstock shapes of other guitar manufacturers may be protected by their own trademark registrations; where applicable, these are respected and instruments are produced with the Torka headstock design only.
Torka Instruments is an independent workshop. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any other guitar manufacturer. Any third-party brand or model names that may appear on this site — for example to describe genuine third-party components used in a build — belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
The guitars built by Torka Instruments are original designs. Where they draw on long-established, classic construction principles, this is done with respect for current case law; body and headstock shapes are developed as Torka’s own.
